Send in Venoms or Talons, knowing that the Fanatics are unable to defend themselves. The hard counter to Fanatics is anti-infantry air units. Position allies near Fanatics, as a dead Fanatic has much to give to the Brotherhood. Each time a Fanatics squad member dies, it grants nearby allied units increased attack and movement speeds. Their true strength though comes when they die.
